This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, dispatch, delivery timelines, and related services for all purchases made on our website.
🚚 1. Order Processing
All orders placed on www.herbbella.shop are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.
🧼 Note: Since our products are handmade in small batches, slight delays (1–2 days) may occur during high-demand periods — but we’ll always keep you informed!
📦 2. Shipping and Delivery Time
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

Delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events).
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your package.
🧾 3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.
For orders below ₹599, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply (visible at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, may include an additional handling fee.
🛍️ 4. Packaging and Handling
Each product is carefully hand-packed with eco-friendly materials to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We take utmost care to maintain hygiene and safety while handling all skincare and personal care items.
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and immediately notify us at support@herbbella.shop.
🌏 5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
An email/SMS with courier name and tracking ID
A direct tracking link to check live delivery status
You can also log into your HerbBella account and track your order anytime under “My Orders”.
❌ 6. Order Delays or Non-Delivery
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected time, please contact us at support@herbbella.shop with your Order ID.
We’ll promptly coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
HerbBella is not liable for delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Unreachable customer or refusal to accept delivery
Unforeseen courier or logistical issues
🔁 7. Address Changes or Order Modifications
If you wish to change your delivery address or modify an order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or redirected to a new address.

Currently, we ship only within India.
