This policy outlines our process for returns, replacements, and refunds.
π§΄ 1. Nature of Our Products
Our soaps and skincare products are handmade, herbal, and personal care items, made in small batches for freshness.
Because of their personal-use nature and hygiene standards, we have specific rules for returns and refunds as explained below.
π¦ 2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only if the product received is:
Damaged during delivery
Defective or expired
Incorrect (wrong item sent)
π You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible.
If the issue is reported after 7 days, or if the product has been used/opened, we may not be able to process a return.
π 3. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or replacement:
The item must be unused and unopened
It should be in its original packaging, with all labels and seals intact
A photo or video proof of the damaged/defective item is required for verification
Once we verify the issue, weβll guide you through the return or replacement process.
πΈ 4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the following manner:
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be made to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, once return verification is completed.
Refunds are generally processed within 7β10 business days after approval.
β 5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Used or partially used products
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Custom or gift box orders
Discounted or sale items (unless defective/damaged)
π¬ 6. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us through:

Product name
Reason for return/refund
Photo/video evidence of the issue
Our support team will respond within 24β48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
π 7. Return Pickup / Shipping
In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
If the return is approved, shipping costs will be reimbursed (for valid cases such as damage or wrong item received).
β οΈ 8. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, only if it has not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
In case of prepaid orders, refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5β7 business days after approval.

HerbBella reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests based on our inspection.
Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
For replacements, a new item will be shipped after the returned product reaches us and is verified.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
