Our soaps and skincare products are handmade, herbal, and personal care items, made in small batches for freshness.
Because of their personal-use nature and hygiene standards, we have specific rules for returns and refunds as explained below.

We accept returns or replacements only if the product received is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or expired

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

If the issue is reported after 7 days, or if the product has been used/opened, we may not be able to process a return.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Custom or gift box orders

  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective/damaged)

In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

If the return is approved, shipping costs will be reimbursed (for valid cases such as damage or wrong item received).


⚠️ 8. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, only if it has not been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
